At Foundations at the Miller House, our 3-phase approach to residential treatment is designed to facilitate the gradual reintegration of recovering individuals back into the community through our long-term residential treatment program.

The Foundations at the Miller House Residential Treatment Program serves adult men who are struggling with substance use. Our outpatient addiction treatment programs are for everyone. Many of our clients are managing challenges like opioid addiction, alcohol use, stimulant misuse (including cocaine or meth), or co-occurring mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, or trauma.
